4 nights · 5 days · Aswan to Luxor

Four Nights, Aswan to Luxor

Aswan · Kom Ombo · Gebel el-Silsila · Edfu · Luxor · Karnak

The programme, day by day

Aswan · Kom Ombo · Gebel el-Silsila · Edfu · Luxor · Karnak
  • 4 nights
  • 6 temples
  • 1 night ashore in Luxor

The same three nights on the river as the shorter northbound journey, and then a night in Luxor at the end of it, so that the west bank and Karnak are two unhurried days rather than one crowded one. You disembark after breakfast on the fourth day, see the tombs, sleep ashore, and give Karnak the morning it deserves before you leave.

Departs Aswan every Wednesday, ending at Esna with a car to your Luxor hotel · October to April
